Term of Service of Tumblers

NOTE:

By purchasing from my shop, you agree to my terms of service. No exceptions will be made so please read carefully. The information can be also found on my instagram page in the highlight section, labeled Tumbler INFO/FAQ

DO NOT MESSAGE ME EVERY DAY/EVER OTHER DAY OR EVERYWEEK ASKING FOR UPDATES! All time lines are given on the Tumbler Page. I update all clients as much as I can via messaging on instagram/emails.

How to Claim

All releases will be first come first serve. This is based on my Instagram notifications.

Any comment to claim winners and auction winners must respond to me within 4 hour of me messaging them or else the product will go the the next backup claim. If payment is not made within the next 24 hours then I will move to the next claimer.

DO NOT CLAIM FOR A FRIEND* this creates a lot of confusion for me and will result in neither of you being able to get the tumblers.

There is no HOLDS as well.

I ask that if you have claimed a set (within Monday to Friday) please refrain from claiming another. this is to give others a chance.

Auction

There are two different types of auctions. The first time is the general form of auction while the second type is a silent auction.

General Auction: This requires the format of claiming that requires the bidder to type in their bid beneath the comment, I make, titled “BID HERE”. The next bidder MUST tag the last bidder in their comment. Whoever bids the highest before the auction ends will win the item. If there is the “BUYOUT” option, a bidder can claim “buyout” within their comment to purchase the set immediately.

Silent Auction: This requires the format of claiming via on my instagram STORIES. I will have a set base price and minimum bid, you type in what you would like to bid. I will update all bidders via within my stories of the highest bid around the half way point, before opening the bids again for the remaining time. If you are unable to pay for the item within 2hrs of me notifying you, you will loose your spot. If it happens 2 times, you will not be able to participate within future silent auctions.

All bids are final. If you retract your bid, I will know. So please think hard before placing a bid. I will message whoever wins, if they do not message back within 1 hour of me messaging them the product will go the the next claim. If payment is not made within the next 2 hours of the first contact then I will move to the next claimer.

The statues of customs can be found via on instagram or on my website. Please understand that I can only do roughly 3-4 customs a month. These are rough on me so please understand that I am limited.

Customs can take up to 4-6 weeks. If something comes up that will delay your item being made, I will include a special gift for you as an apology.

Customs

I only accept right now PayPal. No payment plans are offered right now unless I specifically say so within the listing.

Payment

I will have a very limited amount of custom slots for tumblers AT the convention that you can pick up on the last day (Sunday). The number of customs I can do will range from 3 -10 MAX at the convention. A sign will be placed on my table for the number of slots I have remaining. A post will also be made on my instagram about the spots remaining as well. These will be priced for $70 each and can increase with a limited choice of Add-Ons. These are going to be slightly higher then the regular customs due to the quick turn-around and picking it up at my table on SUNDAY. These customs will vary due to the availability of materials I will have on me. If you fail to pick up at the convention on the last day, SUNDAY, you will be asked to pay for shipping so I can ship it to you.

I will have roughly over 20-30 tumblers with me that are PRE-MADE and ready to purchase. There will be posts on my instagram ASKING what pre-made would people like to see at the convention. I will try to have 2-5 of each kind (theme wise, like Spade Dudes, Sailor Moon, Studio Ghibili, and so on). Please keep in mind that I can NOT do Add-Ons for the pre-made cups unless you talk to me during the con at my ARTIST TABLE.

I will have some items available for purchase such as decoden straws, Straw Toppers, Mini Keychains, and Phone grips. These are generally either made from left over materials from custom cups or just because they are fun to make.

Conventions

Resale:

Tag me within the resale post and I will share on my stories. Please do not sell for more then the retail price. If you are caught, I will message you first asking to change the price, if not you will be blacklisted and blocked. You are free to message me with any questions about the retail price of my tumblers. I do archive the pieces, however, if you send me a picture of the tumbler and tell me the rough date that you claimed them, then I can get back even quicker to you.

An example would be you claimed a tumbler for $60.00 US, you can sell the ears for exactly $60.00 or lower if you’d like.

What you had paid for shipping does not count towards the cost of the ears. So if you paid $60.00 but the shipping was $20.00 then you can NOT charge $80.00 but only the $60.00

Shipping

I typically will mail at the end of the month (to save on gas and to make sure all orders are not rushed). If you need it sooner please let me know upon purchase notes*.

Shipping is not included in any item price. Please understand that this is a small business and doing free shipping is not a realistic option at this time. Each shipped item will be documented upon boxing and sending out with insurance (if the cost of the items are over $50.00) and a tracking number.

If an item is sent back to me due to incorrect/incomplete address, any extra shipping fees must then be covered by the buyer. This round trip could be over 3 months so please check your address thoroughly. I typically will mail at the end of the month (to save on gas and to make sure all orders are not rushed).

Estimated shipping times ONCE I have shipped the items.

  • USA:1-5 days

  • Canada: 2-3 weeks

  • Europe: 2-5 weeks

  • Australia/New Zealand: 3-4 weeks

These are just estimates and I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, please understand thought that NOTHING is currently guaranteed due to covid.


Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns for the most part are not tolerated. The reason being is that most items I sell are made to order, custom, or are prints. If the item is lost in mail please, provide the tracking number. There is not much to do in that situation except to wait to see if it is mailed back to me or to you.* If there is an issue such as damage upon arrived from the postal service OR the wrong item was shipped to you please following the steps bellow.

  • For returns to be processed please do the following:

  • Take a photo of the damaged product AS SOON AS YOU SEE IT

  • Take a photo of the shipped box SO I CAN SEE THE DAMAGE TO THE BOX

  • Take a photo of the shipping label

  • Please also send me a detailed description of what happened

  • IF it is the WRONG ITEM please let me know, you will have to pay for shipping (SEND ME THE RECIPTE IN EMAIL) but once I have received the WRONG ITEM I will refund you the shipping.

  • IF the postal service is at fault that will be a dispute (customer and commissioner versus the mailing service)

    Also please reframe from posting on social media before the issue is handled. I am a single person running this business,
